I’ve more or less stopped posting on here. For the 3 of you following me, that may not surprise you.
I’ve stopped my dream of running. And by stopped I mean I can’t do anything until I go to an actual orthopedic surgeon and see if I can get a cool blue park wherever I damn well please sticker.
2 more possibly ruptured/herniated discs. I already f’d up my lower back when I was younger (gee f you too Wal-Mart) but now it’s gone up the spine so to speak.
That’s 4. Any more and I’ll have to start counting with my other hand.
That being said… It’s alright. I finally got some of my weight concerns gone. I have given up Mountain Dew so i am fuckall tired now. (that is a word)
But I lost the equivalent of 15 lbs of sugar and I think my body appreciates not having to deal with the extra poison I was taking in.
Although I have not completely kicked caffeine (unless it’s natural occurring like tea)
But whatever.

So my workouts are weirdly spaced. The wife says it is fine since I’m still doing them, but it’s hard to do them.
Today I’d like the doctor to go “by Jove I’ve figured it all out, you needs _____” and be done with the weird side pain and the migraines but at this point they’ll just be like “durrerrrr”.
Pain willing, tonight is kenpo x or yoga x. If the knee holds, I’ll be good.

I should go to bed now but I’m chilling here while the wife is stealing my covers and hogging the be…, wait I’m the one doing that.
Anyway I’m debating if I should start up running again or not. I got really good at it, got sick and worked too much (10 hour days 2.4 hour commute) and was wiped for the entire Christmas season.
Mustn’t think too hard.
